Abstract

The present study aimed to discover level of psychological employee withdrawal among employees of the puplic hospital in Djelfa, as well as to try to discover the dimensions of this organizational phenomenon, and aimed also to detect  differences between gender in psychological withdrawal levels.

We used a random sample (68 employees) 33males and 35 females.

Statistical measures were processed using the spss24, The results showed that:

  • The level of psychological withdrawal behavior among workers was high.
  • The dimensions of (daydream, socialization, looking busy, Cyberloafing) were high level, while the sample achieved a medium level on moonlighting.
  • There are no statistical significant differences between gender in the levels of psychological withdrawal.
