Development of human resources as an input to improve the performance of the university professor with the study of the views of a sample of professors of the Faculty of Economics University of Bordj Bou Arreridj
Abstract
The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of human resources development strategies in improving the performance of the professor at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Bordj Bou Arreridj. We distributed 50 questionnaire forms, 36 of which were valid for statistical processing.
The study concluded that the level of human resource development strategies is low in the institution of study, while the teachers' evaluation of their level of performance, whether research or teaching or their role towards the society is high.
The study also concluded that human resource development strategies contribute to (14.3-7.9-2.5%) respectively in improving the teaching performance of the study sample members and their service to the community.
