delegation of public service bodies in Maghreb legislation
Abstract
he difficulties of delegation of public services represented the concept of social solidarity in its benefits as a legal and economic solution to the financial and technical pressures of the public service, especially in developing countries. Similar to the Maghreb countries which have lived this experience one by one, in an attempt to reduce the financial burdens related to the management of the public service, and to devote a basic and economic management to achieve the sufficiency to help the demands of the population. the adoption of experiences in legal systems has several paths, the most important of which is to reduce the stages through which previous experiences have passed and to avoid the resulting loopholes, and because the geographical privileges and social similarity of the Maghreb countries make it easier to take advantage of the legal experiences of Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia to get up to speed in the way of delegating the public service to the institutional level.
