Writing and transmission of trauma in The curse of Rachid Mimouni

Abstract

Our article is the expression of a questioning on the relationship between trauma and writing. We analyze The curse of Rachid Mimouni by dissecting the Mimounian vision of two distinct periods of the History of Algeria, the Algerian War and the black decade (90s). It would therefore be a question of the writing process leading to the evacuation of translating experiences and the linking of conflicts at the level of the text.
